Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp issued an executive order overriding decisions made by several Georgia cities including Atlanta, Savannah, August, and Athens to require face coverings in public, replacing it with language saying Georgia residents are “strongly encouraged to wear face coverings as practicable.”
