Azerbaijan and Armenia allege truce violations

There’ve been clashes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, despite a "humanitarian ceasefire" agreed late Saturday in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region. Both sides accused each other of violating the agreement just hours after it came into force. It was the second attempted armistice in a week. Hundreds have died and thousands have been displaced since fighting flared last month over the territory. DW‘s Julia Hahn is reporting from Ganja, Azerbaijan’s second city.
