"And you notice it, I mean, if you come and take a close look at the Masafer Yatta area and see the settlers’ violence that is increasing dramatically every day. The goal of this violence, first of all, is to target the land on which people live. It targets the people who have been on this land for hundreds of years, it targets their property. The goal of this programmed violence by the settlers is to expel people from the Masafer Yatta area. We know that our conflict in this area is not an ideological conflict as much as it is a conflict that someone is usurping your right to live on this land and expelling you from this land.”
