In one horrific moment, an argument at a traffic light turned deadly. Cops say two people in a pickup truck started arguing with the occupants of a red SUV, which led to a "brief altercation." Shortly after, 11 gunshots rang out. A woman who was out celebrating her 48th birthday was killed. Her daughter was also injured and is now on a ventilator.
