1. SOUNDBITE (English) Wolfgang Puck, chef:
"We are doing the Oscars now for 31 years since I was young, so it’s amazing idea. It’s always fun, always exciting. I think it’s the biggest party in America. It’s bigger than the inauguration, bigger than the Super Bowl. More excitement than anything."

2. SOUNDBITE (English) Wolfgang Puck, chef:
"You know what? I have a friend of mine. They grow shrimps. They raised shrimps in Austria in the Alps with the cleanest water. No (unclear) within the water, you know, like whatever they put in here in the water. And they have totally clean and sweet tasting and I think we’re going to have Miyazaki beef, which is amazing. We’re going to have apple strudel for dessert with marzipan ice cream and caramel sauce. We’re going to have a wonderful beef Wellington, and we’re going to have fish and chips because of all our English people. They feel like at home. And that’s our fish and chips, and they are better than they want to make in London because last year Christopher Nolan came, we made them for him especially and it said better than any restaurant in London."
3. SOUNDBITE (English) Kensington Tallman, actor, "Inside Out 2":
"Well, I myself am very similar to (her character) Riley. I think we share a lot of the same characteristics, and I also struggled. While I was recording, I was struggling with my mental health, and this project showed me that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes, and it’s okay to embrace all of those feelings. And this film has helped me so much advocate for teen mental health, and I’ve been able to work with nonprofits to advocate for it because it’s such an important topic and everyone’s feeling these things. It can be hard to admit at first, but once we kind of normalize it, it’s just it’s so important."
3. SOUNDBITE (English) Mike Jackman, producer "Conclave"
"Oh, sure. I mean, you know, our heart is with the Pope. I mean, it’s a sad moment, but I hear he’s doing better today. Very exciting. And hope he pulls through. I think it’s just, you know, sort of strange timing. But what we hope is that we’ve created a political thriller that sort of, whenever you watch it for the feels of the moment.
4. SOUNDBITE (English) John "Divine G" Whitfield, screenwriter "Sing Sing"
"The whole mission of this movie was about trying to show the world that you have people in prison that are really, genuinely trying to do the right thing. Me, I went to prison for a crime I didn’t commit. Found overwhelming evidence of my innocence. I couldn’t get out. And it was hell. And I decided that I’m not going to let this experience make me bitter. And I’m gonna do everything to make sure and make me better. And when I got out of prison, all I had just been on a mission about helping people, helping young folk doing this. And God works in mysterious ways. Sometimes they put certain people through certain ordeals, certain traumatic situations, because he knows when he gets out he’s going to help. And that’s what all I’ve been doing.
5. SOUNDBITE (English) Gints Zilbalodis, writer/director and Matīss Kaža, writer/producer "Flow"
"Well, this is the first time Latvia has been nominated. So it’s a huge deal and it’s very overwhelming. It’s very fun. And we brought most of our team here, so we’re happy to share this experience with them."
(Reporter: "And do you get surprised when it kind of takes off like this? Like when you guys make the film, I’m sure you don’t have any idea that it’s going to kind of have this this like…")
