President Donald Trump delivers his address to a joint session of Congress on Monday. He was expected to continue to outline his administration’s priorities. Trump’s address is technically not considered a State of the Union Address, as those are usually given following at least one year in office to reflect on the past year and plans ahead. The address is followed by a rebuttal from the opposite party, this year Democrat Senator Elissa Slotkin of Michigan.
