Colorado’s Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Deputies found two women in an upside down, partially submerged vehicle, thanks to a witness who led them to the area. A 911 operator says a desperate caller repeated the word "please," but was unable to answer any questions. Authorities arrived at an approximate location of the call, and were flagged down by a man who saw a black SUV fly into a ditch. Cops say if it hadn’t been for the witness, this accident could have had a tragic outcome.
