STORYLINE:
Many say the heart of every Samba School is their drum section.
To keep it pumping in the right tempo, Mocidade Samba School’s 240 rhythmists obey the many hand swings, flicks, twists and pointing of their drum directors during the carnival parade.
Born and raised around drum masters, Carlos Eduardo Oliveira, known as "Mestre Dudu”, has been the drum master at the Mocidade Independente de Padre Miguel for the last 14 years.
