I kept having this idea about a kind of guy that I wanted to represent who was very not, was un-Carter and not like me, and a lot more like people that are out there in the world and that’s sort of where the idea for Robby came from. It wasn’t so much let’s do an anti-Carter, but let’s find the right vehicle that everybody can invest enough of themselves into to go along for this ride."
