Thieves attempted a brazen puppy theft at a pet store near Denver, with surveillance footage showing one man faking a seizure to create a distraction while an accomplice tried to steal two dogs from a display cage.
The man dropped both puppies while attempting to flee. He got away but the man who faked the seizure was arrested.
