Derek Flory was just starting his four-hour commute through the night for work when all of a sudden, he comes across a young girl in the middle the Ohio highway. Video cameras on his truck capture the moments before and after she was rescued. "I’m very thankful that she had her flashlight on her phone because if it wasn’t for that, I don’t think I would have seen her," Flory tells Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps.
