A six-hour flight turns into a three-day odyssey for more than 200 passengers. A flight to Dublin was forced to make an emergency landing in Newfoundland, Canada, after a passenger suffered a stroke. Once the plane landed in St. John’s, a blizzard began which grounded the aircraft. New York’s Cardinal Timothy Dolan was on the plane. Once the local parish heard the highest-ranking Catholic in America was stuck on their island, they invited him to mass on Sunday morning.
