People across the country are posting videos of themselves smoking marijuana and getting behind the wheel. Every state has a legal limit on how much alcohol you can drink and drive. However, that’s not the case in relation to marijuana. Some states do, while other states don’t. Mary and Craig Kazmark say their daughter would still be alive if not for her boyfriend, Josh Daugherty.
