The president of Georgia, Salome Zourabichvili has repeated her opposition to a controversial media bill that critics describe as a threat to free speech. The bill – which was passed on Tuesday- requires media organisations and NGOs to register as ‘foreign agents’ if they receive more than 20 percent of their funding from abroad.
