Ukrainian president Volodomyyr Zelenskyy says North Korean troops have returned to the Russian front line for the first time in weeks.
In his overnight address, Zelenskyy said North Korean soldiers were taking part in renewed assaults in the Kursk region alongside Russian troops. Earlier reports said Moscow had withdrawn the North Korean forces due to heavy losses.
