Hundreds of passengers were on a train when they had to be evacuated due to a fire. Flames could be seen shooting out from a SEPTA train in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. Investigators believe the fire started under the first car of the train, Someone passing by, saw the commotion from his office and he narrates what’s happening in a video he recorded.
