It’s a police pursuit that ends with the suspect being tackled by a good Samaritan. Video was released from Colorado’s Arapaho County Sheriff’s Office helicopter who caught the action from above. Police say the incident happened more than a year ago but could only now share the dramatic video since the court case has wrapped. Inside Edition Digital has a play-by-play of what went down.
