Trump to meet Netanyahu in first meeting with foreign leader | DW News

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is set to meet with US President Donald Trump in Washington. This is to be the first in-person meeting between Trump and a foreign leader since he took office last month. Their talks will focus on the ceasefire with Hamas and Israel’s concerns over Iran’s regional influence. Netanyahu has stated he hopes to secure US backing to "redraw the map of the Middle East".
