A disturbing satellite image shows the words "help" and "traffico" signs in a Los Angeles railroad yard. It is prompting citizen sleuths to look for answers. Michael and Gabriella Keller drove 50 miles to see for themselves. The LAPD says, "There is no evidence of human trafficking." Union Pacific, the railroad company that owns the land, tells Inside Edition that the help signs were placed on the property by a trespasser.
