A dad was killed in a hammer throw accident during a track and field meet. It happened at a meet in an indoor arena at the University of Colorado. The object flew over a safety net and struck Wade Langston as he tried to shield his family. The 57-year-old victim was there to see his teenage son compete in a race. The university says the hammer "cleared certified barriers." Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
