The military airplane taking Joe Biden and his family to a respite in California started taxiing just before 2 p.m. Monday for takeoff from Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.
The flight is known as “Special Air Mission 46” because Biden is once again a private citizen. The plane used the call sign of “Air Force One” when he was president and was aboard. Follow live updates here: https://bit.ly/3Wq3cYU
