This time around, President elect Trump has vowed not just to use the Justice Department to advance his political interests, but also to seek, quote, retribution against, quote, the enemy within. But I need to know that you would tell the president no. If you’re asked to do something that is wrong, illegal or unconstitutional."

If confirmed, I will do everything in my power and it will be my great responsibility to make America safe again."

Bondi faced sharp questioning from Democratic senators concerned by her perceived loyalty to Trump.
