STORYLINE:
A life-sized cake of Detroit Lions player Amono-Ra St. Brown doing a headstand celebration is drawing a crowd at a metro Detroit bakery.
Home Bakery in Rochester created the cake recently to replicate the wide receiver’s fourth down touchdown catch against the Green Bay Packers in November.
Home Bakery posted a video of the cake to social media and went viral.
On Monday, St. Brown himself showed up to check out the cake in person, saying it was larger than he expected.
The Lions are a top seed in the NFL playoffs and believed by some fans to be a Super Bowl favorite.
St. Brown’s headstand has also been recreated as a snowman, Christmas ornaments and on shirts.
