The smoke and debris from the Los Angeles wildfire is raising health concerns. Los Angeles County’s Public Health Department warns "If you see or smell smoke, or notice particles and ash in the air, stay indoors to limit exposure." Environmental Health Expert Joseph Allen says even staying indoors doesn’t offer full protection. Inside Edition’s Steven Fabian has more.
