STORYLINE:
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken was in Rome on Thursday for Quint talks on Syria with foreign ministers from France, Germany, Italy and the UK.
Local media reported earlier in the week that Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani would host the meeting of the group, with the talks to focus on conflicts in the Middle East, as well as the situation in Syria.
