Gatwa: “David (Tennant), Sylvester (McCoy), Matt (Smith) – the pressures of the role. I mean, it’s 60 years of legacy. And so, the advice that I took to heart was, like, all the advice on handling the pressures of it, how to handle the schedule of it, the timing of it, the lines. It’s so many lines!”
Gibson: “And so many words – like Gallifrey. What?”
Gatwa: “Exactly. It’s a lot of tricky text. So, yeah, I was very – sometimes it’s just nice knowing that people have shared an experience with you, and it’s not quite an experience like Doctor Who, and so having that community of support was necessary.”
