In Ukraine, talk of a possible peace plan has highlighted concerns that any pause in fighting could give Russia time to rebuild its army, and potentially launch another invasion. To counter this, Kyiv’s supporters have put forward several proposals: European peacekeepers patrolling the frontlines, NATO security guarantees, and promises of more weapons.
