French President Emmanuel Macron met with locals on the Indian Ocean archipelago of Mayotte during his visit on Thursday to survey the devastation wreaked by Cyclone Chido. In Pamandzi, Macron spoke to residents whose homes were wrecked in the strongest cyclone to hit the region in nearly a century.
