"Saluhall is a very Swedish or Scandinavian concept in that it’s basically all under one roof, you have fresh fish, fresh cheese, fresh meat. Our saluhall, Malmö Saluhall is kind of a fresh take on that concept, in that we also have introduced street food. People can come in, have a little bit to eat for everybody. There’s something for all people here. We have fresh fish, fish and chips, we have Swedish meatballs. We have burgers, pizza, pasta, a little bit everything for everybody."

"We are expecting a lot of people. We’ve heard there’s going to be upwards of 100,000 guests or tourists coming into Malmö. So, with that, we’ve increased our opening hours from our normal open hours to encompass the whole eight days of Eurovision."

"I think that’s why Sweden and generally the Nordic countries are very good at what they do when it comes to cooking because we’re very minimalistic. And you see that in everything, art, architecture, food as well."

"I would say during the Eurovision, it’s been fully booked a couple of months in advance. Generally, it’s like, maybe one month, especially weekends. During the ordinary days, it could be slow, but the weekends, we’re always fully booked, two to three weeks in advance. But now, during these two weeks, I would say it’s been fully booked for three, four months."

"Well, I can say we all rejoiced when we found out that Malmö was going to get Eurovision again. Not only because Loreen did a wonderful job, but it went nuts, the phone wouldn’t stop ringing and we’re all sitting here clapping our hands because we knew that it was going to be a wonderful occasion because we knew it did before, and it was fun last time. So, we were all very, very happy."
