A woman claims she was raped by Sean "Diddy" Combs and Jay-Z when she was 13 years old during an after-party in 2000. The allegations against Jay-Z and Combs are contained in a civil lawsuit in which the woman says she was also drugged. Jay-Z released a statement vehemently denying the allegations. He also says his heart breaks for Beyonce and their three children, especially their oldest daughter Blue Ivy. "Her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims," he says. Combs also denies the woman’s allegations.
