More and more people are complaining that it’s getting really hard to twist off bottle caps. They say that the shorter caps make them less grippable. Patrick Krieger, a plastics industry expert, says caps are getting small due to a broader trend around reducing the amount of plastic we use in packaging. Inside Edition’s Les Trent has more.
