STORYLINE:
South Korea’s market sharply fell due on Tuesday to an escalation of tensions in the Middle East.
At around 1 p.m local time (0400GMT), the benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) fell by 60.18, which was 2.25 lower than the previous day’s closing point.
