The new Netflix documentary series, "Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenet Ramsey," is reigniting America’s most challenging cold case. It reveals that the parents of other competitors were creeped out by who showed up at the pageants. In the early days of the case, cops investigated photographer Randy Simons, who took haunting images of Ramsey. In 1998, Simons was arrested. However, Simons’ DNA did not match the DNA found at the scene of Ramsey’s murder.
