Thousands of Israelis rallied Saturday in Tel Aviv, calling for a deal to release hostages held in Gaza.
Protesters held signs calling for a hostage deal, with one reading “how much blood will be spilled?”
More than 250 people were kidnapped and 1,200 killed when Hamas militants burst across the border and carried out a bloody attack on southern Israeli communities.
Israel says about 100 are still being held, though not all are believed to be alive.
Israel’s campaign of retaliation since has killed more than 43,000 Palestinians, according to local health officials, and some 90% of its 2.3 million people have been displaced.
