Shocking video captures a wild police chase in a Texas parking lot. Sirens wailed as the fleeing driver zipped around the shopping mall in San Antonio. When the driver was finally nabbed, she put on quite a show. While being held over the hood of a cop car, she states, "Santa is coming." After the woman behind the wheel was put in handcuffs, she posed for a mug shot with a big smile on her face.
