Why Delhi can’t get its toxic smog under control | DW News

India’s capital has introduced stricter anti-pollution controls to combat a spike in toxic smog. Authorities in Delhi have closed all primary schools and banned non-essential construction after air pollution rose to more than 50 times the safe limit recommended by the World Health Organization.
