Russia’s President Vladimir Putin has been re-inaugurated for an unprecedented fifth term in office. He’s leading the Kremlin for 24 years already. After the invasion of the Ukraine, Putin has become a leader who has become increasingly isolated in the western world. Consequently, the US and most EU countries boycotted the ceremony.
