Former US Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, discusses Israel entering Rafah and whether or not he sees this as a tactic to negotiate a temporary cease-fire agreement or an actual ground invasion. He states that there’s a good chance for a temporary cease-fire, and shares if he thinks President Biden is doing enough to address the criticism he has received in regards to his policy on Israel and his handling of the various protests on college campuses.
