2. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:

4. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"You’ve heard this already, but it’s worth repeating. If you plan to vote early in-person, tomorrow is your last chance. Do it tomorrow. Do not dilly or dally. Get out there, vote."
++BLACK FRAMES++
5. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"Because because Donald Trump understands and he’s not wrong about this that that dividing people making them angry will boost his chances of being elected. It’s not good for the country, but it might improve his odds. We we saw it last night. I know nobody’s going to boo now. All you can do is vote. Hold on a second. All right. So the man holds this big rally at Madison Square Garden and the warmup speakers were saying the most, we’re trotting out and peddling the most racist, sexist, bigoted stereotypes. One one guy called Puerto Rico, "an island of garbage".

6. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"These, these are fellow citizens he’s talking about. Here in Philadelphia, they are your neighbors. They are your friends. They are your coworkers. Their kids go to school with your kids."

7. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"These are Americans. They’re people. And and that is the reason why this election should not be close. It should be clear."

8. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"If you’re an African-American or Latino, if you’re from Puerto Rico and and you see somebody whose values seem to indicate that you’re not part of their equation, how do you think it’s okay? How can you tell yourself it’s okay as long as our side wins? And I’ve noticed this especially with some men who seem to think Trump’s behavior is somehow a sign of strength. You know, sort of the macho, fake macho thing. And, you know, I. That’s. I’m here to tell you that’s not what real strength is."

9. SOUNDBITE (English) Barack Obama, Former U.S. President:
"Vote for Kamala Harris as the next president, vote for Tim Walz as the next vice president."

12. SOUNDBITE (English) Bruce Springsteen, American singer-songwriter:
"That’s why on November 5th, I’m casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. And I urge all of you who believe the American way to join me, thank you. This is the land of hope and dreams."

STORYLINE:
Bruce Springsteen and Barack Obama attended a rally to support the Harris-Walz campaign in Philadelphia on Monday.
The use of Springsteen and Obama highlights how Harris’ campaign is in an all-out sprint ahead of Election Day, leaning on some of the most noteworthy names in the party to both help her deliver her closing message and lambast her opponent, former President Donald Trump.
