Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of an American man in the Philippines. Elliot Eastman, 26, of Vermont married a woman whom he met in the country. He posted about his life in a coastal town on YouTube and other social media channels. Police believe Eastman, who was shot in the leg, is still alive. A reward is being offered for information leading to his location. Inside Edition Digital has more.
