The Health Ministry in Hamas-run Gaza says at least 22 people have been killed in Israeli airstrikes in north Gaza, after high-ranking UN officials issued warnings about the catastrophic humanitarian situation there. Israel says it targeted Hamas militants in the area.
Meanwhile in Israel, rescuers say dozens of people have been injured after a truck drove into a bus stop close to an Israeli military base, north of Tel Aviv. According to Israeli police, a bus had stopped to let off passengers when it was hit by the other vehicle.
