It’s a police pursuit where the driver is clocked going upwards of 130 miles an hour along a California highway. A KCBS Chopper captures the driver weaving through traffic in a reportedly stolen Honda CR-V. The driver then heads towards a construction zone and flips over. The car tumbles before crashing into a cement pillar below an underpass. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
