It’s been two weeks since the baffling disappearance of Suzanne Clark Simpson. Now, her husband’s business partner is under arrest for allegedly conspiring to hide evidence. Police charged James Valle Cotter with evidence tampering and possession of prohibited weapons for allegedly helping Brad Simpson hide an unregistered AK-47 firearm behind a television in his bedroom. According to Cotter’s arrest affidavit, Simpson allegedly sent his business partner a text about the AK-47.
