An Ohio mom is speaking out after her 8-year-old daughter took her car to go to Target. Justin Kimery called the cops when he saw a car swerving in traffic. However, he was shocked when he pulled beside the other car and saw a child. While all this was happening, the little girl’s mom realized her daughter was missing. The vehicle was later found in a Target parking lot, 13 miles from her home.
