As sirens blared out across Israel, the nation stopped to remember the six million Jews murdered by the Nazis during WWII. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli leaders gathered at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center. This year’s Holocaust Remembrance Day was the first after the Hamas terror attack of October 7th and took place amid the ongoing war in Gaza.
