Italian firefighters worked overnight Thursday to rescue people affected by flooding and landslides caused by heavy rains.
Some 350 operations to limit damage and rescue people were conducted between Thursday and Friday in the Liguria, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna regions, according to the firefighter department.
