“Only a small percentage of wine cellars, some 20 or 30 out of 270 (in Rajacke Pivnice), are active and involved with wine. The rest are just cultural monuments. We will try to revitalise all of them, to rebuild the ones that are crumbling, to fix all the broken roofs and return all of them to a similar purpose that they served in the 19th century.”
