A Minnesota teen is expressing his sincere thanks for a state trooper’s bravery. Sam Dutcher says he could not get his Honda SUV to stop or even slow down. He called his mom who alerted police. Minnesota state trooper Zach Gruver tried to catch up to Dutcher. Cops hatched a plan to get in front of the teen’s SUV. "I ended up pulling my squad in front of him and letting him essentially rear end me, and then use my breaks to slow him down," says Gruver
