STORYLINE:
Hurricane Helene has weakened into a tropical depression after making landfall overnight in northwestern Florida as a Category 4 storm.
At least 30 people in four states have died.
Authorities continue to rescue people trapped by floodwaters and millions are without power across much of the southeastern U.S.
In Horseshoe Beach, Florida, Sammy Corbin stood in his storm-littered yard surveying the damage.
"You don’t ever like any of it," Corbin says, "but we can rebuild."
