STORYLINE:
The second day of the United Nations General Assembly debate is underway.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is among Wednesday’s speakers.
Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Wi arrived shortly after his country test fired an intercontinental ballistic missile into the Pacific Ocean. China’s Defense Ministry said the launch was part of annual routine training and was not directed against any country.
French President Emmanuel Macron and Brazilian President Lula da Silva also made their way into the General Assembly.
